fd88 Responsible Gaming —
Your Protection Is Our Commitment
fd88 believes online gaming is enjoyable only when played mindfully and in a controlled way. Our protection tools and guidelines are here to keep you safe at all times.
For players aged 21 or older only
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
fd88's core principle — fun should never turn into a problem.
Online casino and betting can be an exciting form of entertainment. But like any form of entertainment, it is important to set limits. fd88 places the wellbeing and safety of every player in Bangladesh as its highest priority.
We believe gaming should be a leisure activity — not a source of income or a way out of financial hardship. Gaming is truly entertaining only when it stays enjoyable and within budget. At fd88, we help you maintain that control.
On this page you will find complete information about fd88's responsible gaming policy, the protection tools available, and how to get help when needed.
Our Protection Tools
fd88 provides these 6 tools to help players stay in control.
Set Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and any request to increase it has a set waiting period — so decisions are not made in the heat of the moment.
Time-Out Settings
Take a temporary break ranging from one day to several weeks. During a time-out you will not be able to log in to your account — it is a chance to step back and breathe.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can close your account for an extended period yourself. The self-exclusion period is a minimum of six months and can be made permanent if needed.
Set Bet Limits
Decide in advance the maximum amount you will wager per session or over a given period. Bet limits help you stay within your budget.
Reality Check
A reminder pop-up will appear at set intervals — letting you know how long you have been playing. This simple message helps you stay present in the moment.
24/7 Support
Contact us at any time via live chat or email. fd88's support team is fluent in Bengali and English and is ready to help with any gaming-related concern.
21+ Age Verification Policy
fd88 strictly does not allow anyone under the age of 21 to play.
Why Is an Age Limit Important?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment for adults. With the mental development and financial safety of minors in mind, fd88 verifies age at the time of registration and during account verification.
- Providing the correct date of birth at registration is mandatory.
- Identity is verified before any deposit or withdrawal.
- A national ID card or passport may be requested in cases of doubt.
- Providing false information on an account is prohibited and subject to penalty.
Parental Protection
Ensure safe internet use in a family environment.
Steps to Protect Children and Teenagers
If you have children or teenagers in your household, take the following steps to prevent them from accessing online gaming sites:
- Use parental control software on your devices.
- Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
- Use your browser's option to block gaming sites.
- Do not leave your device unattended while logged in to your fd88 account.
Recognise the Warning Signs of a Problem
If you notice these signs, stop and seek help.
Financial Warning Signs
- Placing larger bets to try to recover lost money.
- Continuing to play by borrowing money or dipping into savings.
- Redirecting money from bills, food, or essential family expenses to gaming.
- Hiding or lying about how much is spent on gaming.
- Gradually increasing bets in the hope of a big win.
Behavioural Warning Signs
- Being unable to stop gaming or feeling uncomfortable when trying to quit.
- Spending less time with family and friends and more time on gaming.
- Neglecting work, studies, or daily responsibilities.
- Repeatedly lying or hiding things related to gaming.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when losing.
If you notice any one of the signs above in yourself or someone you know, pause for a moment. Asking for help is a sign of strength — not weakness. fd88's support team is ready to help without judgment.
Details of Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits
How these tools work — step by step.
Self-Exclusion Process
- Contact us via live chat or email at [email protected] and submit a self-exclusion request.
- Choose the exclusion period — 6 months, 1 year, or permanent.
- Your account will be deactivated and all marketing communications will stop.
- Any attempt to open a new account during the self-exclusion period will also be closed.
- To reactivate your account after the period ends, a set review process must be followed.
How Deposit Limits Work
- Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in your account settings.
- Reducing a limit takes effect immediately.
- A request to increase a limit requires a waiting period of at least 7 days before it takes effect.
- Once the set limit is reached, fd88 will automatically stop accepting deposits for that period.
- Deposit limits can also be changed through support.
Tips for Healthy and Controlled Gaming
Following these simple habits will keep gaming enjoyable at all times.
- Set a maximum spending limit before you play — and stick to it.
- Do not think of gaming as a way to earn money — it is entertainment.
- Do not fall into the trap of placing more bets to try to recover lost money.
- Never play while under the influence of alcohol or when you are tired.
- Take regular breaks and spend time on other hobbies and relationships.
- Avoid playing for long stretches at a time.
