These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the fd88 platform and its users ("members" or "you"). fd88 is an online casino and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment services for players in Bangladesh. 2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your fd88 account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your account information with any third party. You will be fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify fd88 support immediately.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

fd88 conducts an identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) to maintain a safe and transparent environment. The following documents may be requested before a withdrawal is processed or for large transactions:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account details)
• Proof of residential address (where applicable)

2.3 Account Suspension & Closure

fd88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions
• Providing false information
• Detection of fraudulent or unusual betting patterns
• Bonus abuse
• Operating multiple accounts

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at fd88:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds must be sent only from your own payment account — funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• KYC verification must be completed
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled (where applicable)
• If there is an active investigation or dispute on the account, withdrawals may be placed on hold

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fd88 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳14,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum) → Total balance ৳24,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met. The bonus amount and winnings earned from it are tracked separately.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the offer details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, fd88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• fd88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The fd88 VIP programme has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Higher VIP tiers can be reached through regular play. fd88 reserves the right to evaluate and change VIP tier status.

5.2 Cashback Terms

Cashback is credited to the account on a set day each week. The cashback amount is calculated based on net losses for that week. Additional wagering requirements may apply to cashback — full details can be found on the promotions page.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fd88 platform:

• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Collusion or manipulating outcomes in coordination with other players
• Bonus abuse — one person or group opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for an advantage
• Attempting to hack or attack the system

6.2 Ensuring Fair Play
